Pressures on water resources are not only due to the impacts of #climatechange, but also primarily to decades of structural mismanagement of this precious resource, pollution and ecosystem degradation.
 
In the EU’s Global Gateway strategy, the climate and water are focal points. 🐳 💧 Our projects aim at, for example, alleviating chronic water shortages by structurally improving water management and enhancing access to water supply in partner countries.
