Just in this week: a once in a lifetime pink sighting! 🩷

Captured on camera – a stunning rare pink aurora light display glowing in the skies of Alabama Hills, California as a solar geomagnetic storm hit Earth, the last of which occurred over 20 years ago, in 2003. A sighting like this is extremely rare, and only attributes back to very strong storms such as this one.
