Investors are pushing for full transparency on electricity-related emissions, challenging developers to verify energy-efficient buildings through clear, location-based data. By linking whole life carbon assessment with life cycle cost analysis, construction professionals can align sustainable material specification with measurable outcomes and increase resource efficiency in construction.

Digital tools aligned with PAS 2080 are improving building lifecycle performance and enabling more accurate tracking of embodied carbon in materials during design and delivery.
