Developers are focusing on decarbonising the built environment through carbon neutral construction, green building materials and circular construction strategies to maintain resilience against policy shifts and supply volatility. The outcome is a maturing ecosystem of green construction and sustainable building practices where design, location and community benefit converge, defining the next chapter of a genuinely low-impact, net zero carbon future.
